Dr. Rankin frequently presents to educators, scientists, and federal agents and has authored 14 books for educators. She also writes an education-focused column for Psychology Today. Recognized multiple times by the U.S. White House for her dedication to students, she was once honored with the American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol Building in her name. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jessica Bogunovich
Dr. Jessica Bogunovich is an Associate Professor, Department Chair of Teaching and Leadership, and Program Chair of Multiple and Single Subject Teaching Credential Programs and Master’s of Art in Teaching (MAT) at the University of Massachusetts Global. Dr. Bogunovich has 25 years of extensive experience in education as a teacher, administrator, and educational leader, in addition to supporting pre-service candidates and mentoring faculty and others in the field. Her research interests include cultural responsiveness and social justice, STEAM, English language learner advocacy, pre-service teacher support, and leadership accountability. Dr. Bogunovich also has a strong interest in institutional accreditation and serves for both the local Board of Institutional Reviewers (BIR) and as a national lead for the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP) accrediting bodies. Dr. Bogunovich was recognized by her colleagues and peers as Outstanding Faculty of the Year in 2023 at the University of Massachusetts Global.

Michele Sorensen, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Regina. Situated in the field of posthuman and new materialist philosophies, her current research involves incorporating aesthetic and arts-based practice in postsecondary curriculum and pedagogy for augmenting professional social work practice with Indigenous populations.
Dr. Kimberly Greene
Dr. Kimberly Greene chairs the Master of Arts in Education program at the University of Massachusetts Global. She led the university’s transition to blended learning and served as founding director of the Center for Instructional Innovation. Holding an Ed.D. in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, Dr. Greene remains a leader in the meaningful integration of technology in education. Professor Eman Gaad is the Dean of the Faculty of Education and a Professor of Special and Inclusive Education at the British University in Dubai (BUiD). She is also an Affiliate Lecturer at the University of Glasgow, UK. Professor Gaad led BUiD’s special and inclusive Masters programme for many years and currently leads the Doctoral Programme. In 2022 she became a Goodwill Ambassador for Bangladesh. She has established herself as a world-class researcher, advocate, international social development consultant and expert in the field.
Additionally, Professor Gaad is a regular invited keynote speaker, certified assessor, and a professional social trainer. Over the last 25 years she has become a frequent national and international media figure on hundreds of live on-air radio and TV programmes, as well as writing and appearing in hundreds of articles published in local and regional newspapers. Professor Gaad is a sound academic, an External PhD Examiner for reputed universities around the world (UK, Australia, Canada and India) and is a recognized international scholar in the field of special and Inclusive Education as well as social development. She has also secured millions of AEDs in research funding from the government of the UAE to examine the field. She co-founded one of the largest NGOs in the UAE, the Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA), where she also acts as a Senior Educational Consultant. Professor Gaad is one of the governors of the regionally outstanding Dubai College, and on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations in the UAE. She has advised policy and decision makers as a senior consultant for both governments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi on disability related issues. She is also a winner of HH Princess Haya Award for Special Education in the category of best-distinguished individual research in 2012, and in the same year was awarded the Global Leadership in Education Award from the Asian Leadership Award Board. For her services as an international leader in education, in 2017 she was awarded the ‘Prof. Idira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders’ which is an international award from the World Education Congress in India. In 2020 she was awarded yet another international award (Asian Pacific Down Syndrome Federation Excellence Award).

Prior to that, she earned her M.Ed. from Florida Atlantic University, USA. Dr. Gould initially had her Dual Bachelor’s and Dual Master’s degrees in Teaching ESOL and foreign Languages. This Florida State Certified Educator (2008 – 2028) has had her life-long K-12 & university/college teaching experiences in the United States and Internationally. Among Dr. Gould’s interests are such fields as Educational Research, Qualitative Methods, Teacher Education, Multimodality, Teaching Multicultural and international Students, Poverty Reduction through Education, etc.
