She has completed an graduate minor in Multicultural Education & Cultural Competency and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Jonique has dual Masters degrees MS.Eds in school and clinical mental health counseling with an emphasis in career development. Dr. Childs has previous experiences as an at-risk school counselor, college career counselor and recruiter, and clinical mental health counselor on the national suicide prevention hotline. She has served various individuals from different ethnic backgrounds to include adolescent, high school students, undergraduates, graduate students, and older adults. Dr. Child's research investigates the psychosocial needs of students of color that also identify as First-Generation in P-20 areas of personal, social, emotional, academic, and career attainment of post-secondary education.

Ozden Sengul is an associate professor in physics/science education at Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. She completed her PhD in science education at Georgia State University. Her research focuses on teaching physics and science through argumentation, teacher identity, student reasoning, and epistemological beliefs.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Galib Sharifov
Dr. Galib Sharifov is an Associate Professor and Head of the Quality Assurance Department at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. With over 20 years of experience in physics education, he specializes in teaching methodology, assessment, and curriculum development. He earned his PhD in Physics in 2010 and is currently completing his Doctor of Sciences dissertation focused on modern approaches to teaching physics in lyceums.
Dr. Sharifov has published 91 academic works, including 18 in Scopus/Web of Science journals, and co-authored the national 11th-grade physics textbook. He has participated in more than 25 international conferences and contributed to Erasmus+ projects such as EQAC, EQAR, and IQAinAR.

Chad Wood, PhD, is the Primary Principal at Vienna International School in Austria. He began his career as a special education life skills and resource teacher in Indiana and has since led the development of inclusive education programs and spaces in international schools in China and Austria. Chad holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego, a Master’s and a BSc in Early-Middle Education and K–12 Special Education. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering, an MSc in Digital Communication Systems from Loughborough University, and a PhD in Operations Management from Coventry University. Dr. Louiza Cherik is a teacher researcher with a PhD in language and communication from the English Language Department at Bejaia university, Algeria. Ms. Sara Erlich Rozansky
Sara Erlich Rozansky is a former teacher trainer, directress, and secondary school theatre educator, and the author of two pedagogical textbooks published by Rekhes: Tragedy – Preparing for the Written Matriculation Exam in Theatre (2010) and An Idea Shapes Stage: Tragedy and Comedy (2012). She earned her MA in Theatre Arts from Tel Aviv University, where her thesis examined the performative language of Jewish-Israeli feminist theatre-makers, culminating in her dissertation, Identity, Symbol, and Sign: A Discussion of Three Feminist Avant-Garde Productions from 1981–1982. Currently pursuing doctoral studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Sara researches the performative practices of high school girls in theatre studies, exploring how these practices function as forms of agency and shape students' embodied engagement with dramatic roles.

Professor Eman Gaad is the Dean of the Faculty of Education and a Professor of Special and Inclusive Education at the British University in Dubai (BUiD). She is also an Affiliate Lecturer at the University of Glasgow, UK. Professor Gaad led BUiD’s special and inclusive Masters programme for many years and currently leads the Doctoral Programme. In 2022 she became a Goodwill Ambassador for Bangladesh. She has established herself as a world-class researcher, advocate, international social development consultant and expert in the field.
Additionally, Professor Gaad is a regular invited keynote speaker, certified assessor, and a professional social trainer. Over the last 25 years she has become a frequent national and international media figure on hundreds of live on-air radio and TV programmes, as well as writing and appearing in hundreds of articles published in local and regional newspapers. Professor Gaad is a sound academic, an External PhD Examiner for reputed universities around the world (UK, Australia, Canada and India) and is a recognized international scholar in the field of special and Inclusive Education as well as social development. She has also secured millions of AEDs in research funding from the government of the UAE to examine the field. She co-founded one of the largest NGOs in the UAE, the Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA), where she also acts as a Senior Educational Consultant. Professor Gaad is one of the governors of the regionally outstanding Dubai College, and on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations in the UAE. She has advised policy and decision makers as a senior consultant for both governments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi on disability related issues. She is also a winner of HH Princess Haya Award for Special Education in the category of best-distinguished individual research in 2012, and in the same year was awarded the Global Leadership in Education Award from the Asian Leadership Award Board. For her services as an international leader in education, in 2017 she was awarded the ‘Prof. Idira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders’ which is an international award from the World Education Congress in India. In 2020 she was awarded yet another international award (Asian Pacific Down Syndrome Federation Excellence Award).
